Short Form Vs Long Form of Russian Adjectives

June 27, 2018 | Tags: Russian adjectives

Did you know that the short form of Russian adjectives is more used in poetry and songs and the long form is more used in everyday speech?

У него широкий лоб: He has a wide forehead. This phrase belongs to our everyday speech, so we use te long form.
