Work experience
Tatiana a certified specialist with the 7+ years of experience in Russian language tutoring. After her graduation from Pushkin State Russian Language Institute she worked as a Russian teacher for 2 years in Myanmar (Burma), teaching Myanmar technical students and preparing them to study in Moscow universities.
In Moscow she continued to work with Myanmar students in Russian New University. At the same time she began to cooperate with Language school “Liden& Denz” (http://lidenz.ru/), providing group and individual classes there. Among her students there were a lot of employees from international companies (like Jones Lang, La Salle, Samsung, Louis Vuitton, Hennessy), which brought her some understanding what it means to work in the large international environment. That finally turned into the decision to get such an experience.
She joined Philips company as a talent acquisition specialist. She worked there for 3 years being responsible for recruitment projects. Tatiana greatly appreciates this time at Philips because it gave her multicultural awareness, a lot of business processes knowledge and bigger social network. As the result she much better understands now the needs of international specialists who study Russian.
The most important aspect for her in teaching is the conversational part and she always pays a lot of attention to it. She is experienced in diverse educational settings, working with students from all the learning levels and socioeconomic backgrounds.
Tatiana is self-managed and disciplined, committed to results. In her lessons she always follows individual approach and sets a most efficient way together with a student.
