How does it work?
Our Russian language webinars are lessons for groups (four people) devoted to specific topics about Russian grammar, vocabulary, and communication. During a webinar teachers from our school will answer all the questions that interest you with regards to the particular topic of the lesson. They will also help you complete your homework or prepare for a Russian language exam of any level, including the TORFL.
Normally, our webinars are conducted through Zoom. All participants are able to see, hear, and talk to one another. The online whiteboard and the option of screen sharing are also available on Zoom. All webinar participants are free to take notes on the whiteboard and can save their notes after the lesson.

Yulia is a great teacher and I would highly recommend her. Her lessons combine a good balance of the key skills of reading, writing, listening and speaking, so you cover and develop all the fundamental aspects of language learning with every lesson. The lessons are almost entirely in Russian, which was challenging initially; however, I have found that this immersion in the language prompts faster development as you have to rely on your Russian all the time, rather than switching to your native language for comfort which is all too easy to do. Yulia has a lot of patience and has the ability to explain things in a very clear and methodical way. You do not feel afraid to make mistakes or ask questions. I hope to use Russian for work in a legal context in the future and I was particularly impressed by the effort which Yulia went to, to find legal resources for me. It really shows that she is willing to go out of her way to help her students and she will listen to you and meet your objectives.
I strongly recommend Yulia Amlinskaya to anyone trying to learn Russian language, no matter the level you're at now. She is very experienced in teaching Russian for foreigners. More, she is the kind of teacher you always wanted to have, she makes her lessons very interesting, she can answer any question ( about Russian language :) ) in such a way so the student really understands it. I know I do. At least I feel a big improvement in the last 6 months, since I began the lessons with her. I was not a completely beginner when meeting Yulia, but still the progress I have made since is visible. If you will take a look at her Russian language blog http://learnrussianweb.net/ or at her Facebook page, you will have an idea of how passionate she is about her work, and how much effort she puts in it. Once again, I recommend Yulia with all my heart.
Evgenia is always enthusiastic, motivated, and in a good mood. She knows how to explain grammatical questions, the structure of the language, how and why. She does all this while introducing her students to elements of Russian culture, as it is impossible to understand a language without considering its culture.
